Hi friends...I’m back. And I ate a lot of soul-soothing carbs while we hid out in the woods. We didn’t do much, but pop by Wild Flour Bread Bakery in Freestone to stock up on their three-cheese fougasse and get freshly made pasta take out from noteworthy Canneti Roadhouse, as well as read ‘Eat a Peach’ by David Chang and ‘A Promised Land’ by Barack Obama. The drive down Bohemian Highway to our cottage was a standout experience worth shouting out. Overall, sheltering in place at a different location was bliss. It’s taken me longer than I thought to get back into the groove considering how rocky the start to the year has been, but I am getting pretty amped about several exciting collaborations that are in the works and developing new styles and stock for a March drop. Looking on the bright side as much as possible...
