Wash Your Spirit Clean
I love and am inspired by John Muir’s quote, “Break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.” Along these lines, I’ll be offline later today through January 1st at a meditation retreat near Muir Beach...hoping to recharge for the exciting new year that’s around the corner and reconnect with my inner voice in the silence of nature. I’m also nervous that I’ll have pretty serious internet withdrawals, but hope the benefits will outweigh the side effects. Wishing you a peaceful rest of the week! Love, Jenny
