Whole30 Happiness

In December, I decided to cancel my usual beast-mode productivity plan for January, so I have been sticking to a 9 to 5 schedule and reading and cooking a lot. After 8 years of being intrigued, I decided to do Whole30 starting in early January as it would be a great way to reset my body and experience the "tiger blood" phenomenon. I have to say, I am a big fan and on 25 I am feeling spectacular.
