We’ve gone the extra mile to compile and share as much fit, fabric and design information as possible. We know it can be disappointing to purchase something from a niche brand only to find out that the item is nothing like you expected. Our goal is to ensure we take the guesswork out of your shopping experience, so you order the size and fabric that works best for you. If for some reason your Loyale purchase does not meet expectations, no worries, please read below for our exchange and return policies.
We do not process direct exchanges, so if you’d like a different size, color or style, please order your desired item through our website as a new order.
Returns + Refunds
Loyale purchases may be returned for a refund within 10 business days of the delivery date. We offer an extended return date range for the gift giving season; any items purchased between November 15 and December 22, 2017 may be returned for a full refund with a credit being issued to the original card used until January 10, 2018. All below return policies apply.
For a full refund all goods must be:
- in resalable condition, not worn, altered or washed
- have all tags attached
- folded and placed in the original envelope
- shipped in a secure form of packaging
All return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without prior notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping option where you cannot trace the package.
Type your Order # in the subject line; this number can be found on the right side of the packing slip.
State why you are returning the purchase within the body of the email using one of the following reasons:
- Too small
- Too big
- Don't like fabric
- Arrived damaged
- Ordered multiples to try on
- Incorrect Item
- Other (please specify the issue)
Pack your return in a secure form of packaging.
Return shipping is at your expense. Please ship the package with a service that provides tracking to ensure delivery (Loyale is not responsible for lost packages).

Returns can take up to 8 to 10 business days to reach our facility depending on your location.
Loyale will issue a refund in the form of the original payment. Credits will be processed within 5 business days, but may not appear on your statement for 1 to 2 billing cycles depending on the credit card company.
