Shipping

We want you to feel confident when making a purchase, so we’ve established the following policies with a variety of shipping options and tracking specifics; we also outline our fulfillment operation details so you can be in the know. 

Gift Messages + Wrapping
Loyale offers a rudimentary gift message option that will be printed on the packing slip. Please select the Gift Message option when checking out and the brief message of your choosing will be included on the packing slip.

While holiday gift wrapping is not currently available, each Loyale premium tee is shipped within a sleek, high quality envelope that conceals the contents. This envelope is placed within a cardboard box, sealed with decorative tape and shipped without pricing to the recipient.

Order Processing
We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. In the event that any of the products ordered aren’t available in our inventory, you’ll be notified via email of any changes to your order availability. For partially delivered orders, you’ll be refunded for the items that are not available.

Please note that your Loyale order will likely begin processing as soon as it’s submitted. We’ll try our best to accommodate modifications to your order, however we can’t guarantee these changes will be made after you’ve completed your online order.

We can only guarantee to process orders placed by 2pm EST. Any orders placed after this will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All orders placed on federal holidays will be processed on the next regular business day. Please note, inclement weather can also affect our ability to ship orders the same day.

Sales Tax 
Only orders shipped within California state will be charged sales tax.

US Shipping

  • Loyale offers one-way complimentary shipping within the US via First Class US Mail. 
  • Estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 business days and up to 7 days for more remote locales, such as Hawaii. 
  • A 2 day shipping within the US option is available via FedEx for a flat rate of $28, please select this option at checkout if you wish to receive your order more quickly. 
  • All orders are shipped from central North Carolina.
International Shipping
  • Loyale ships internationally via the US Postal Service for a flat rate of $35. 
  • This option includes tracking and has an estimated shipping and customs-clearance time of 7 to 14 business days. 
  • Loyale cannot declare the value of a package as anything other than its retail value. 
  • This flat shipping fee does not include customs and duties; please be prepared to pay your local carrier for these fees. You are responsible for all customs and duties fees, and packages returned to Loyale for unpaid fees will receive a refund minus a 30% restocking charge. 
  • In the rare case of customs delays, please contact US Postal Service with your tracking number. 
  • All orders are shipped from central North Carolina.
Tracking
We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the US Postal Service or FedEx.

Important Notes
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; deliveries will be made according to those order specifications. 
  • Loyale is not responsible for stolen packages, please provide an address that is safe for delivery. 
  • Loyale cannot change or alter the delivery method once shipped.
  • If you return items from your order, we are unable to refund additional shipping costs for upgrades or international orders.
